Changel

Changel:  An Asterism* referring to any vehicle of energetic or spiritual adjustment.  For instance, a long walk in the woods is one of my changels.

*Asterism: A name given by my friends to the particular way I look at things and the names I give things.

8:08 p.m.  It’s so great to have music to get you through the day; to celebrate, to move some energy, to express or release emotion.  Singing, humming, listening with appreciation, moving to the rhythms – anyone can enjoy this. 

I have some rhythm instruments around because I love to pick them up and just explore their sounds and the rhythms that want to come out - usually awkward, hicuppy beats until I open to allowing the energy to flow through me, then take on its own wave of motion and sound.  Sometimes I’ll try playing along with an Amir Ya'acoby cd (one of the best trance percussionist in Israel)….  I’d be humiliated if any human witnessed my bloodless slaying of the beat – however, in my imagination I’m flying like Amir and I’m so cool!  (He did show me how to play the clay pot, but I'm a rank beginner!)

MidSummer New Energy Conference 2009

When I was going through the roughest first waves of the awakening journey, I spent a lot of time in the mountains, and forests and walking trails in southwest B.C.  There I would vent, to the pure clean energy of the old forests, all that had built up inside me. 

I would scream and cry and yell, and stomp the earth until I was hoarse and exhausted.  I remember it felt so good to go home and sleep after those episodes.  It may sound extreme and dramatic, but before going crazy and doing something to harm yourself or another, before taking a pill to suppress whatever is erupting inside you, before diving head first into the drama saying or doing something you’ll regret, go throw some rocks into the river and scream!  Mother Nature understands. 

I would ask my surroundings to support me in my release, and bless the nature spirits afterwards.  I had a lot of layers to peel off and anger to release in those days.

Working with Hannibal Means in Kelowna was an absolute treat.  You may know Hannibal if you watched "America’s Got Talent" this past year.  He made it to the semi-finals, which was to air right after our Kelowna Mystery School event.  Hannibal is an amazing teacher.  It’s fascinating to watch how quickly he can coach someone from ‘non singer’ to belting out a song full voice.  The energy and power that people experience is written all over their face.

What you may not know is that he traces the beginning of his amazing journey to his experiences of the Sexual Energies School taught by Shaumbra teachers around the world (and here in B.C. too!).  He has said after taking the school he decided to just say "YES!" to life!  And he ends up on "The Tonight Show".  He is one-of-a-kind and fun to imitate – he’s so outrageous it makes it so easy for you to go for it too – free your voice! 

We were doing this energy exercise and I can still hear his booming voice deeply intoning, “I COOMMMAND YOU TO SEEEERRRRVE MEEE!” to a glass of water, while we all did the same, trying to match his ability and fill the room with our voice.  Ok, and then there are his crocheted animal hats - suffice to say we laughed a lot!   I'll have to borrow some pictures from Joep and post them here.

Truly, the use of the voice and releasing energy through the voice was one of the most important aspects of the school for me.

So this brings me to my muse about the voice and using it to create change in your life.  Everyone’s voice is unique and I imagine it’s unique in the universe – that the angels know your voice.

So whether you are using it to command energy to serve you, or you are singing at the top of your lungs, or you are screaming gibberish to release energy – the voice is a fantastic tool for change in the new energy.

Egypt - Chemia - Alchemy

10:07 p.m. The other non-purpose of this blog (I am consciously letting go of purpose this month!) is to have a place to explore the Egypt experience that I've gifted myself with; my upcoming Egypt trip with the Crimson Circle, Geoff and Linda, and fellow Shaumbra*. 

*The term "Shaumbra" was once mentioned by Tobias years ago, saying it was a name we used to collectively call ourselves in the early times.  The name was rapidly adopted and we use it to speak of anyone who resonates with the messages and materials of the CC (Crimson Circle).  If you identify as Shaumbra, you are part of a passionate group of teachers, who are exploring their own awakening and discovering their own sovereignty.

The trip to Egypt feels very big.  Very significant.  It's challenging me not to go into anxiety and fear over the bigness that I'm feeling.  It's challenging me not to go into mental details, energetically dashing about thinking I have little deadlines all over, and lots of preparation to do.  (In a way I do of course, but I can do it with ease instead of stress.) 

I have a new sign up at my desk that reads: "I Love Deadlines.  I Love The Sound They Make As They Go Whooshing By."

The bigness so far is undefined, but the consciousness clue is in the title of this post.  Egypt-Chemia-Alchemy.  Chemia is an old name of Egypt, and is the origin of the word Alchemy.  There is so much imaginative musing to be had there!

And so I am leaving off the somewhat mental exercise of 'blogging', so to ease into the rest of my night with my homework there waiting for me to play with (Homeplay, not Homework); that is to release the old energy of having to have a purpose, and to transmute the energy that is swirling around and buffeting everyone on the planet (so it moves out of my sore feet....!).

Oh yes, there will be more on this later - I can feel it.

The Nextest, Bestest Thing

8:48 p.m.  Had our monthly Crimson Circle Shoud today.  A "Shoud" is the collective energy of the group of folks who gather to tune into the messages of Tobias, Saint Germain, Kuthume as channeled through Geoff Hoppe, along with other angelic entities who love to come and speak to us. 

We've been doing this for a long time now - over 10 years I guess.  I understand we've got the longest running webcast in history...well now.  We've been through many Series.  The one we are in now is called The (Next) Series...yes, the parenthesis mean something.  Today the discussion was so helpful in answering a bunch of questions that certainly have been 'up' for me.

The aches and pains in the body, the creaky joints, and sluggish sore muscles - in short, what feels like the aging process - seems to be a constant complaining companion.  It seems gone are the days of feeling no pain and sleeping through the night.  Never one to be satisfied with that, I've been at work with the energies to see about a new energy approach to the situation.  It's tempting to go the complicated, expensive, medical care route - I've tried their remedies and they're brutal and I intuitively feel they aren't really working so I abandon their 'cures' eventually.

It was significant to me that Adamus (Saint-Germain) began speaking of focusing on our belly buttons, since that came up in some energy work I was doing with a client yesterday.  We focused on her belly button and the sensations she was feeling there.  It turns out she'd never really explored her belly button, nor had anyone else explore there either!  And it awakened a sensation in her that had a surprising impact on her consciousness.  She became aware of the energy there and the sensations that went through her body when it was activated.  (And if you've not explored you own belly button, I invite you to do so and discover the energy there!)

The great thing about the Shoud was the simple, straightforward answer to these questions of health and well being - There Is Nothing Wrong.  The truth is we are feeling pressure of outside influences bombarding our planet, and our minds are anxiously checking in with the body asking, "What's wrong? What's wrong?".  And the body responds like a old curmudgeon, "Oh let me tell you all about it!  Oh my aching feet!".  So the body gets into a conversation with the mind based on what is wrong - but it's a false conversation that creates a false energy.  While in actuality there is nothing wrong, we suddenly believe there must be, and therefore create that oh yes, something IS wrong!  And furthermore you can FEEL IT so it must be true! 

We need to interrupt this negative dialog and stop using our mind to define what we are feeling.  We need to get beyond the mind, because of its limited view of you as lowly, weak, vulnerable, etc.  We need to breath into these stuck energies that are creating problems in our body, and acknowledge "there is nothing wrong".

So this month I am going to be working on the stuck energies in my feet and neck and shoulders.  I am going to breath into those places and remind myself and those energies of my mind that "there is nothing wrong" and I am safe to allow those energies to flow through - it's only energy after all, and I can use it however I choose it!

"Oh-Be-Ahn"

7:51 p.m.:  I've started my blog at a very reasonable hour of day.  I've chosen to start with a nod to the power of music and its continued and joy filled influence in my life. 

"Oh-Be-Ahn" is the title of Anders Holte's new CD, based on the recordings he captured in the King's Chamber during a Crimson Circle Egypt event.  "Oh-Be-Ahn" is the ancient greeting that fellow time travelers used.  My connection with Anders is that we were two people who entered songs for Tobias' Returning Song Challenge, and his song was chosen as favorite, and my song second.  Then I met he and Cacina when we all performed at Tobias' Farewell - Anders performed all that weekend and it was incredible.  His music is truly multi-dimensional and transformational and he is in a league no one's heard of yet!  My other connection with this particular album (we don't call them that anymore do we?) is that I am going to Egypt with the Crimson Circle in February 2011 on the same trip, about 3 months from now......when I listen to this CD, I feel I am transported there.  A beautiful creation of multi-layered sounds, voices, spoken word and music.
